Legal Tools and Document Checklists
Use practical document, deadline and remote-instruction checklists before requesting an assessment of a legal matter in Turkey.
These practical checklists help international clients organise documents before contacting the office. They are informational and do not calculate a final deadline or legal entitlement.
Document preparation checklist
Prepare a clear timeline, contracts, invoices, payment records, court or enforcement documents, correspondence and the identity details of the parties.
Remote instruction checklist
State where you are located, whether an original document is available and whether notarisation, apostille, sworn translation or a power of attorney may be required.
Urgent deadline check
If a notice, judgment, payment order, detention or removal decision has been served, include the exact service date. Do not rely on this page to calculate a procedural deadline.

National and Public Holiday Pay Calculator
This tool uses the working calculation module maintained for Turkish law. Results are indicative; current rates, limits, dates and file-specific facts must be verified.
UBGT fee calculation
View the monthly gross wage, daily gross wage, and additional national holiday or public holiday pay, along with the number of days worked.
How is the UBGT fee calculated?
The holiday pay of a monthly paid employee who does not work on national holidays and general public holidays is included in the monthly salary. If work is performed on these days, unless a higher rate is specified in the contract, an additional day's wage is paid for each day worked.
It is found by dividing the monthly gross salary by thirty days.
Daily wage is multiplied by the number of working days off and the coefficient.
If there is a higher coefficient, the field in the tool can be changed accordingly.
Is it the same as overtime?
The UBGT (Unemployment Benefit Guarantee Fund) fee is for work on holidays. Exceeding the weekly working hours may also result in overtime pay; the two calculations are evaluated separately according to the specific work schedule.
