Legal Tools and Document Checklists
Use practical document, deadline and remote-instruction checklists before requesting an assessment of a legal matter in Turkey.
These practical checklists help international clients organise documents before contacting the office. They are informational and do not calculate a final deadline or legal entitlement.
Document preparation checklist
Prepare a clear timeline, contracts, invoices, payment records, court or enforcement documents, correspondence and the identity details of the parties.
Remote instruction checklist
State where you are located, whether an original document is available and whether notarisation, apostille, sworn translation or a power of attorney may be required.
Urgent deadline check
If a notice, judgment, payment order, detention or removal decision has been served, include the exact service date. Do not rely on this page to calculate a procedural deadline.

This tool uses the working calculation module maintained for Turkish law. Results are indicative; current rates, limits, dates and file-specific facts must be verified.
LABOR LAW CALCULATION TOOL
Overtime Pay Calculator
Calculate overtime pay with a 50% or 25% premium by entering your monthly or hourly gross wage and working hours.
Your calculation result will be shown here.
How to calculate?
For work exceeding 45 hours per week, the hourly wage is increased by 50%. If the weekly working hours are specified as less than 45 hours in the employment contract, the portion exceeding the contract duration but up to 45 hours will be calculated with a 25% increase.
Points to consider
- Results are gross amounts; tax and insurance deductions may vary according to personal payroll conditions.
- Break times are not included in working hours.
- Equalization application, night work, national holiday and public holiday work should be evaluated separately.
- Total overtime hours cannot exceed 270 hours per year as a rule.
- In past period calculations, the fee for each period should be taken as the basis.
This tool provides an approximate calculation for informational purposes. The specific case's work schedule, payrolls, contract provisions, and evidentiary conditions should be examined separately; the result is not a legal opinion or a definitive calculation of receivables.
